Meet Our Founder
Stephanie C. Andrews, MSW, LSW
Founder & CEO of Social Black Butterfly Training & Consulting, LLC — a social enterprise leadership advisory firm redefining how organizations experience power, culture, and accountability.
With nearly a decade of leadership across aging services, Medicaid waiver systems, community engagement, and public-sector infrastructure, Stephanie understands how decisions made at the top shape the lived experience of employees and the communities they serve. She has advised executive teams, strengthened complex systems, and built trusted bridges between institutions and populations historically left unheard.
Stephanie previously served on the NASW-Ohio Board (through 2022) and as a Delegate to the NASW Delegate Assembly (through 2024), contributing to statewide conversations on ethics, equity, and professional standards. Her leadership is grounded in governance, policy fluency, and a deep commitment to cultural responsibility.
She moves confidently in executive boardrooms and community spaces alike.
